Company Profile
Quality Automatics is a company on the move. It's one of the
fastest growing screw machine Job Shops in the Northeast. Located in
Connecticut's Naugatuck Valley, once called The Brass Capital of the
world, the company draws its labor force
from an area where metal working has been a way of life for over two
centuries. The manufacturing facility is comprised of two separate
but proximate buildings, each self contained, thereby offering customers
the assurance of uninterrupted production in case of fire or flood.
The company's customers require a diverse array of component applications
including the appliance, automotive, electro-mechanical, medical and
recreational industries. Quality Automatics supplies their factories
throughout the U.S. and internationally from South Africa to Australia.

Equipment
Primary equipment includes over thirty Davenports with the capacity to
produce over 5,000,00 pcs. per week with diameters up to 7/8" round,
3/4" hex and 9/16" square. For parts whose dimensional
parameters and configuration fall within the capacity envelope, no other
machine is more cost efficient than the multi-spindle Davenport in the
hands of the experienced operator. Although these cost efficiencies are
most readily achieved on runs of 100,000 and up, Quality Automatics regularly
serves the needs of customers with lower volumes as well.
In addition to its large battery of high volume production equipment,
the company also has a number of secondary machines enabling it to perform
a variety of specialized operations.
